Sono andata da Eleonora in un momento particolare della mia vita.
C’era molta confusione, c’erano nuovi ruoli da gestire e da mettere in equilibrio, in primis quello di mamma e di professionista.
Se mi guardo indietro ho scelto di definire con lei quello che è il mio futuro, senza che entrambe ci conoscessimo. Eppure c’è un fil rouge che mi ha sempre accompagnata che è la sua passione e la sua capacità di ascolto. Io mi sono fidata di lei e non ho mai smesso di farlo in questi quasi nove mesi.
Una vera e propria gestazione.
Sta nascendo infatti una persona nuova, più in equilibrio, che ha ben chiaro chi è e cosa vuole dare al mondo, attraverso la sua professione e attraverso le sue relazioni.
Eleonora aiuta a mettere ordine dentro se stessi, ad affrontare il proprio io senza aver paura o timore di scoprire parti nuove e a volte meno affascinanti. Aiuta a guardarsi dentro senza vergogna e anzi con stupore, aiuta a volersi bene. Un coaching creativo, originale e taylor made che cambia la consapevolezza di sè.
Un percorso che nutre l’anima e nello stesso tempo rimane concreto e allineato alla propria essenza.

Quando ho conosciuto Eleonora ero in un momento di smarrimento molto pesante.
Avevo già fatto anni di psicoterapia, yoga e medicina naturale ma ero comunque confusa su cosa dovevo fare per sentirmi meglio. Non riuscivo a lavorare da mesi, volevo cambiare professione ma non avevo più stima in me perché ero dominata dall’ansia e dalla preoccupazione.

Anche se scavare nel mio passato è stato pesante, è un percorso che consiglio a molti perché è proprio scardinando i concetti che si sono cicatrizzati in noi del regno del passato, che riusciamo a rifiorire in modo naturale. Io le devo molto della mia serenità di oggi.
